VOLUNTEERING

Thank you parents for volunteering your time to help our club!

There is a $150 bond fee (in the form of a post-dated cheque) due at your first week of classes. If your family fulfills the volunteer requirement your cheque will not be deposited at the end of the season. It can be dated for March 2021.

The volunteer requirement for the Sundre Gymnastics Club involves signing up for a job. These jobs include set-up, take-down, equipment cleaning or working at the Sundre Gymnastics Competitive Meet in March. The sign-up sheet for the volunteer jobs will only be available online at time of registration. Volunteering is an important part of the Sundre Gymnastics Club and your participation in the jobs available keep your registration fees and costs down. Your involvement is an important part of the club.

Volunteers can sign up on-line.  Please click on the below 'SignUp' link to view volunteer opportunity on SignUp.com (the leading online SignUp and reminder tool). Pick your job early, jobs disappear as they are picked up!

Thank you for your patience, this year each family is required to complete 5 hours of volunteer time to meet their bond commitment.

5 - one hour slots or 20 - 15 minute slots or a combination of the two is acceptable. If you CANNOT make it for your time slot, please send a replacement human or send a message in time so that we can find a replacement. Thank you for your dedication to Sundre Gymnastics, we can't do it without you!
